Return & Exchange Eligibility
We will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All returns or exchanges must comply with the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and unused.
- All original tags, packaging, branded boxes, and dust bags (where provided) must be included.

Items must be placed inside a protective box for return shipping.
Trying On Items
When trying on leotards or other items, please wear appropriate undergarments. Take extra care to avoid damage when trying on items. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the returned items' condition affects our ability to restock for sale.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty upon delivery.
- For reasons of hygiene, tights cannot be exchanged or returned.
Return/Exchange Approval
Please obtain approval for your return/exchange before sending back any item. Please DO NOT send anything back until you have confirmation from us.
Return/Exchange Shipping
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees and customs charges incurred during the return or exchange process. Typha will only cover these costs in cases where the return is due to a verified quality issue with the product.

- Typha does not provide return/exchange shipping labels. Customers are expected to ship approved returns within one week of receiving the return confirmation.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping fees and customs or duty charges incurred during the return or exchange process (Any customs or duty fees may be deducted from the refund at our discretion). Typha will only cover these costs in cases where the return is due to a verified quality issue with the product.
4. Shipping Instructions: Upon approval, we will provide a return/exchange shipping address. Please use a shipping method that provides tracking, and adding insurance is recommended. Typha is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed return packages.
5. Tracking Information: After shipping your return/exchange, please provide us with the tracking number by email. This allows us to process your return in a timely manner.
Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed. Failure to follow this return policy may result in delays or refusal of your return. We appreciate your understanding and support in adhering to these policies.
