Q2. How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order ?

Worldwide delivery times will vary based on location. Typha* will ship your order out as soon as possible. All in-stock items will be shipped out within 5-7 working days and pre-sale items will be shipped within 15-40 working days. Please double check the item description for specific shipping estimates on pre-sale items.Except custom &special order items.

But the exact arrival date and time will be affected by Customs check,Courier stakeholders delay, or some force majeure, please refer to the latest state of the logistic information with your order. If you got more questions about the logistic info, please contact with Typha‘s customer service.

Generally speaking , you could enjoy free shipping service for order over $99 (limited offer from Aug.- Nov.) for orders less than $99, we will charge the corresponding shipping fees based on the country and your location.

It is our priority to process all orders as quickly and accurately as possible. Therefore, the contents and/or details of your order cannot be changed after successful payment.
